With low  interest rates to sport the sales and affordability we are seeing a lot of activity in the market. #Shortage of supply and growing demand from younger investors and  immigrants are the leaders of  strong start to the spring real estate. Not only this is effecting Toronto, it is also the same trend in other major cities of the country. Seems like all big cities are seeing growth in sales and #prices in the first part of the year.
